Hotel Zi One Luxury Cartagena, Cartagena

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were freezing due to the A/C, but they were spacious and clean. However, we found someone else's clothes on our bed which was unsettling. The advertised view was a nice touch.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless clean, but unfortunately, my room had no window despite being advertised with an amazing window view. The service was slow, and after directly complaining to the hotel manager, they did not react promptly. The location was a bit noisy being on a main road, but it was a great place to relax after a long day. The dining options were okay, but I decided to go out for breakfast.

Even though the room was a bit small for my taste and the sea views were not as expected, the hotel had very clean rooms and convenient elevator access. The service, provided by a helpful and professional staff member, was the best part of the stay, despite unexpected charges. The location was excellent, close to the beach, casino, and various amenities, although a bit noisy due to its main road position. The dining experience was nothing extraordinary, but the facilities were satisfactory.
